Pearl Advisory Group was established in 2020 by two sisters, Caroline Pearl and Alexandra Pearl. A consulting group with a purpose, Alexandra and Caroline felt compelled to establish a practice seeing critical needs in organizations to up-level and scale individual talent and leadership through Executive Coaching and Leadership Development.

It was 2020 and one thing became very clear to me amongst all of the uncertainty: leadership never mattered more. Yet, despite the need for extraordinary leadership, there were critical gaps all over. In this moment, we founded this consulting group to work with leaders to build critical capabilities to enable them to transform organizations.
Alexandra has over ten years of experience working to unlock the potential of organizations by focusing on their most important asset: their people. She has spent time in leadership roles at a series of small to midsize startups, like DigitalOcean, Samsara, Knotel and Hyperscience, as well as having experience working with Fortune 500 Organizations such as PepsiCo and DIRECTV. Her areas of expertise include: offsite facilitation, leadership development, and talent strategy.
